  • HOW TO OBTAIN A MOTONAUTA ABILITATION (CHA) TO RIDE JET-SKI?
    - First, you need to fulfill the following requirements: a) Be 18 (eighteen) years old; b) Possess a CNH (National Driver's License) or present a Medical Certificate issued less than one year ago proving good psychophysical status, including limitations, if any, such as: - mandatory use of eye correction lenses; - be accompanied by another person; - be wearing a life jacket in any situation; - mandatory use of hearing aids; and - restriction for driving vessels at night. Note: if there is any doubt about the ability or motor skill of the interested party to safely drive the vessel, a detailed medical report must be presented, reporting the physical conditions of the interested party. The Captaincy/Delegacia, in turn, will schedule a technical assessment to verify if the driver meets the minimum safety requirements for driving a vessel. - Second, you need to enroll in theoretical and practical instruction here at Flybor; - Afterwards, you will need to obtain the practical nautical training certificate that will be carried out here at Flybor; - With the training certificate, you will be able to undergo the MOTONAUTA theoretical test with the Brazilian Navy, to be held at the Port Authority Police Station in Itajaí/SC; - To obtain the license, you will need to get 50% correct in the test, that is, 10 (ten) of the 20 (twenty) multiple choice questions; - If you pass the theoretical exam, you will be able to withdraw your MOTONAUTA CHA after a few days with the Navy.
  • WHAT IS THE VALIDITY OF THE MOTONAUTA QUALIFICATION (CHA)?
    The CHA is valid throughout the national territory for a period of 10 (ten) years from the date of issuance. For adults aged 65 and over, the CHA will be valid for 5 (five) years from its issuance.
  • HOW DO I ADD MY MOTONAUTA LICENSE TO MY CHA?
    For those who are qualified as ARRAIS AMADOR, MESTRE AMADOR or CAPITÃO AMADOR, you can add the MOTONAUTA qualification as follows: a) Obtaining the training certificate for motorcyclists here at Flybor; b) Submit a copy of your CHA in the mentioned categories.
  • HOW DO I BECOME AN AIRPLANE PILOT?
    The first step in aviation is to become a private pilot on an airplane. Here at Flybor you only do the theoretical part, with qualified instructors with several years of experience in aviation. As for the practical part, you can do it at any CIAC in Brazil, at your discretion.
  • WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO BECOME A PRIVATE AIRPLANE PILOT?
    - Be 17 (seventeen) years old (with parental permission); - Possess a High School Completion Certificate or be attending (it will be mandatory to have completed for the practical course by the check flight date); - Hold a 2nd Class Aeronautical Medical Certificate (CMA) (not mandatory, but it will be necessary for admission to the practical course).
  • HOW LONG IS THE PRIVATE AIRPLANE PILOT THEORETICAL COURSE?
    On average 3 (three) months.
  • WHAT IS THE CONTENT OF THE PRIVATE AIRPLANE PILOT COURSE?
    In the course, the following subjects will be studied: – Air Navigation; - Flight Theory; - Aircraft Technical Knowledge; - Civil Aviation Regulation; - Meteorology; - Flight Safety; - Notions of aerospace medicine.
  • HOW MANY FLIGHT HOURS DO I NEED TO ACCOMPLISH TO OBTAIN THE AIRPLANE PRIVATE PILOT LICENSE?
    At least 40 (forty) hours of instructional flight time.
  • HOW DO I OBTAIN THE AMATEUR MASTER LICENSE?
    - You can take the theoretical preparatory course here at Flybor, which will last up to 8 (eight) hours of class; - You can register with the Brazilian Navy, presenting the following documentation: a) Certified copy of the official identification document, with photograph and within the validity period. Authentication can be done at the place of registration, by comparing the copy with the original; b) Proof of residence issued within a maximum period of ninety (90) calendar days; c) Pay the Union Collection Guide fee (GRU) with the due proof of payment (simple copy) referring to the issuance of the amateur driver's license; d) Submit a copy of your ARRAIS AMADOR CHA; e) Submit the Application for scheduling the theoretical exam that will be held at the headquarters of the Brazilian Navy, here in our region, represented by the Port Authority Office in Itajaí/SC; f) To obtain the license, you will need to score 50% of the test correctly, that is, 20 (twenty) of the 40 (forty) multiple choice questions; g) If you pass the theoretical exam, the Brazilian Navy will issue your CHA in a few days.
  • HOW DO I BECOME A COMMERCIAL AIRPLANE PILOT?
    Firstly, you need to have a private airplane pilot license, then you must pass the ANAC Commercial Airplane Pilot course and bench. Here at Flybor you only do the theoretical part of the Commercial Pilot course, with qualified instructors with several years of experience in aviation. As for the practical part, you can do it at any CIAC in Brazil, at your discretion.

  • HOW MANY FLIGHT HOURS DO I NEED TO ACCOMPLISH TO OBTAIN A COMMERCIAL AIRPLANE PILOT LICENSE?
    A total of at least 150 (one hundred and fifty) flight hours, if these were carried out, in their entirety, during the complete, uninterrupted and successful completion of a commercial airplane pilot course approved by ANAC.
  • HOW DO I BECOME A FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR?
    You must meet the following requirements: - Hold a CPA or a glider pilot, free balloon pilot, commercial or airline pilot license in the category for which a flight instructor rating is required; - Enroll in the INVA theoretical training course here at Flybor, to then take and pass the ANAC theoretical exam or be approved by the ANAC for the flight instructor rating for the category in which you intend to obtain the rating.
  • HOW LONG IS THE THEORETICAL FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR COURSE?
    On average 1 (one) month.
  • HOW MANY FLIGHT HOURS DO I NEED TO ACCOMPLISH TO OBTAIN THE FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR LICENSE?
    A minimum of 30 (thirty) hours of flight time.
  • WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO BECOME A FLIGHT COMMISSIONER?
    - Be 18 years old; - Possess a High School Completion Certificate; - Hold a 2nd Class Aeronautical Medical Certificate (CMA). Note: The request for granting the Flight Commissioner license is carried out within the air transport company, together with the civil aviation regulatory body (ANAC).
  • HOW LONG IS THE FLIGHT COMMISSIONER COURSE?
    On average 4 (four) to 5 (five) months.
  • WHAT IS THE CONTENT OF THE FLIGHT COMMISSIONER COURSE?
    Theoretical content: - Flight attendant; - Civil Aviation System; - Civil Aviation Regulation; - Regulation of the Aeronaut Profession; - Flight Safety; - Basic knowledge about Aircraft; - Air Navigation; - Meteorology; - Physiological Aspects of Flight Attendant Activity; - First Aid in Civil Aviation; - Onboard Emergencies; - Survival; - Human Factors in Civil Aviation. Practical content: - Fire Fighting; - Survival in the Wild; - Survival at Sea; - First Aid after Air Accident.
